Thelxinoe (Jupiter XLII, S/2003 J 22) a retrograde irregular moons of Jupiter. It was discovered by Scott S Shepard et al in 2003. It is named for one of the Muses and a daughter of Zeus.

Thelxinoe in Orbiter

Thelxinoe was released in the add-on outerplanets-050125.zip in January 2005.

In outerplanets-050125.zip, Thelxinoe was referred to as S2003-J22. In order to use it as Thelxinoe, the following changes must be made.

  • File:S2003_J22.cfg:
    • change the filename to Thelxinoe.cfg
    • change the name in the comment line in the top line to Thelxinoe (S/2003-J22, Jupiter)
    • line 3, change NAME = to Thelxinoe
    • Last line, change the name of J22-Station = to Thelxinoe-station
  • File:J22-Station.cfg
    • change the filename to Thelxinoe-station.cfg
    • Line 3, change the name to Thelxinoe-Station
  • File:Jupiter_S2003J22.scn
    • change the filename to Jupiter_Thelxinoe.scn
    • Line 2, change S2003-J22 Station to Thelxinoe Station
    • Find the GL-01 ship, change STATUS Landed S2003-J22 to Landed Thelxinoe
    • Change BASE J22-Station:1 to Thelxinoe-Station:1
  • File:S2003-J22.tex, change filename to Thelxinoe.tex
