Ananke (Jupiter XII) is an retrograde irregular satellite of Jupiter, discovered by Seth Barnes Nicholson at the Mount Wilson Observatory on 28 September 1951. Ananke was not named until 1975. Ananke in Orbiter[edit]Ananke was introduced to Orbiter with the release of jupiter-iii.zip in October 2002.
