Herse was released in the add-on outerplanets-050125.zip in January 2005.
In outerplanets-050125.zip, Herse was referred to as S2003-J17. In order to use it as Herse, the following changes must be made.
- File:S2003_J17.cfg:
- change the filename to Herse.cfg
- change the name in the comment line in the top line to Herse (S/2003-J17, Jupiter)
- line 3, change NAME = to Herse
- Last line, change the name of J17-Station = to Herse-station
- File:J17-Station.cfg
- change the filename to Herse-station.cfg
- Line 3, change the name to Herse-Station
- File:Jupiter_S2003J17.scn
- change the filename to Jupiter_Herse.scn
- Line 2, change S2003-J17 Station to Herse Station
- Find the GL-01 ship, change STATUS Landed S2003-J17 to Landed Herse
- Change BASE J17-Station:1 to Herse-Station:1
- File:S2003-J17.tex, change filename to Herse.tex
- File:S2003-J17M.BMP, change filename to HerseM.BMP
