Aerobrake is a MFD for Orbiter that can calculate the flight path of a space ship inside a planet's atmosphere. It can be used for aerobraking/aerocapture maneuvers, skip reentry, ballistic reentry and many other complex aerodynamic maneuvers.
Base sync MFD was started by Jarmo Nikkanen as an integrated part of Interplanetary MFD. Jarmonik detached it from the larger MFD and release the source code to the community for further use. Gregorio Piccoli added the lift and drag calculations creating the AerobrakeMFD as an independent MFD.
