A Rocketbus over Soviet Tchalinko moonbase

The soviet Rocketbus is a craft from the World of 2001. It is a soviet equivalent of American Moonbus, and, in fact, Kev Shanow Shado base's Moonhopper. Despite it functios for the same purposes as the Moonbus there are some differences, Rocketbuses don't have tracks, but have additional forward thrusters and bigger deltaV capabilities.
