Pluto is a dwarf planet, the largest Plutino and a trans-Neptunian object in the outer solar system. Pluto used to be considered the ninth planet, but on 24 August 2006 astronomers voted to reclassify it[1].

It has five natural satellites: Charon, Styx, Nix, Kerberos and Hydra.

Pluto is not included in the standard Orbiter distribution, but an addon can be downloaded from Orbithangar.[2]
