10199 Chariklo (1997 CU26 is a Centaur, orbiting the Sun between Jupiter and Uranus. It was discovered on 15 February 1997 with images by the Spacewatch program, and is named after Chariclo in Greek mythology. Chariklo also boasts two rings nicknamed Oiapoque and Chuí.
Chariklo and rings in Orbiter
10199 Chariklo was introduced to Orbiter with the release of CharikloAndRings.zip in April 2014. The rings are modeled in this add-on as a single ring just under 850 km in diameter, from the file S Chariklo 1.cfg.
