The Tuesday in-joke started when Dan Steph said he would release the DGIV on Tuesday, but nobody knew which Tuesday. It quickly gained popularity and Orbitnauts everywhere joked that they were hoping for an addon release on Tuesday. Addon developers also joked that they would release their addons on Tuesday.
