1749 Telamon (1941 BP, 1949 SB, 1966 CN) is a Jupiter Trojan asteroid of the Greek camp (whose orbits lie in the L4 point 60° ahead of Jupiter. It was discovered by Karl Reinmuth at the Heidelberg-Königstuhl State Observatory in September 1949 and was named after Telamon a hero in Homer's Iliad.
